2. Adenocarcinoma

- Glands lined by malignant cells.
- Neoplastic cell features:

- Prominent nucleoli
- Loss of polarity
- Epithelial lining: Cuboidal/columnar.
3. Papillary Carcinoma


- True papillae:Â Fibrovascular core present.
- Pseudopapillae:Â No fibrovascular core.

- Core: Foamy histiocytes.
